Once the design is complete, we'll present the concept through curated material selections, floor plans, mood boards, and, when applicable, photorealistic 3D renderings that allow you to visualize your future space with confidence before construction or purchasing begins.

3. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

A successful project depends on more than a great design—it requires clear communication and careful coordination throughout construction. During the Project Administration phase, KrimsonHAUS Interiors serves as your design advocate, working closely with your general contractor and project team to ensure the approved design intent is accurately executed from start to finish.

We provide ongoing design oversight by reviewing progress, answering design-related questions, clarifying specifications, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes and proposals when needed, managing procurement, and addressing unforeseen design challenges as they arise. Our goal is to keep communication seamless so that everyone involved—from the contractor to specialty trades—is working from the same vision.

While we collaborate closely with the general contractor throughout the construction process, KrimsonHAUS Interiors does not perform construction work or act as the general contractor. The contractor is responsible for construction means, methods, scheduling, site supervision, permitting, and code compliance. Our responsibility is to ensure the design is communicated clearly, design decisions are implemented correctly, and the finished space reflects the vision we created together.

By remaining involved through construction, we help minimize misunderstandings, protect the integrity of the design, and provide peace of mind as your project comes to life.

4. INSTALLATION & REVEAL

The Installation & Reveal phase is where your vision becomes reality. After months of thoughtful planning, design, procurement, and coordination, every carefully selected piece is delivered, installed, and styled to create a space that feels complete from the moment you walk through the door.

Our team oversees the installation of furnishings, artwork, lighting, window treatments, accessories, and decorative elements, ensuring each item is placed according to the approved design plan. We coordinate with delivery teams, installers, and specialty vendors to verify that every detail is executed with precision and that the finished space reflects the original design intent.

Before revealing your transformed space, we complete a final styling and quality review, making thoughtful adjustments that elevate the overall experience.
